I make things.
I'm usually making something from a wide array of materials -- be it edible, hangable, scannable, or wearable. I find that my passion for making things passes through all aspects of my life. It is always a joy to be immersed in an idea, uncovering new ways to be creative.
I like new experiences.
I love to learn about new cultures and see the everyday lives of people in extraordinary places. Communicating in foreign languages is a challenge I gladly take. However awful the translation may be, the reward of connecting with new people is incredible.
I can hang.
Flying since 2004, I'm an amateur aerialist at a local trapeze studio and enjoy flipping, hanging, and swinging on the fixed-point trapeze. Movies coming soon to a YouTube near you.
I have a passion for music.
I love, love, love music. While I can be content in silence, I typically surround myself with music and am always looking for new bands to hear. I also dabble with various musical instruments from the piano to the mouth harp.
I eat cupcakes.
I also make cupcakes. If you ever get a chance, try them. I won't disappoint. :)
